We need someone to come in every week to clean our office, 7 foyers, 3 laundry rooms, and 2 worker bathrooms. We will also have move out & eviction cleans, as needed. A good clean will have their own preferred cleaning supplies that they bring with them.
Qualifications:
Must have experience in move out & eviction cleans. A background check will be done upon Hiring. Letters of reference are recommended.

Seeking someone who specializes in plumbing to include faucet repair and replacement, running new plumbing, repairing current plumbing, diagnosing and rectifying plumbing problems. Additional electrical, appliance repair or light carpentry skills are a huge plus. It would be helpful to have your own transportation because this is not a complex. There is a 10 block radius in Historic Summerville that include all of the properties. Pay can range between $17-$22 per hour with 40 hrs per week.
Qualifications:
Having a valid license and have a good driving record would be excellent. Experience of 5+ years in plumbing is required. This Job Is: Open to applicants who do not have a high school diploma/GED.
